Welcome to Yetlix. These Terms govern your use of Yetlix bus booking services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Yetlix only provides a technology platform connecting travelers with bus operators. We do not operate any buses or transport services ourselves.
Yetlix is not responsible for the operations of bus operators, including departure/arrival times, cancellations, delays, bus condition, or loss of baggage.
All cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies of the respective bus operator. Yetlix facilitates the booking and does not guarantee refunds.
To process your bus booking, Yetlix may share your personal information (name, contact, ID proof) with the bus operator. We ensure your data is shared securely and only for service fulfillment.
Passengers must follow all instructions from bus operators, wear seat belts where provided, and adhere to any safety and health regulations issued by Yetlix or the bus operator.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
